1. The stated execution times are for information only and are therefore not binding. A delay in the execution can never give rise to penalty compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

2. Complaints must be communicated to Arvid gcv. Complaints regarding an invoice must be reported within 8 days of receipt of the invoice. Other complaints must be communicated within 14 days of the discovery of the defect.

3. All invoices from Arvid gcv are payable in cash.

​

4. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of the judicial district of Antwerp and Belgian law applies.
